Terms of sale

What this covers

These terms apply between Nordic Camper & Auto AS (Bragr), post@bragr.no and the business placing the order. This site does not sell to consumers.

Fixed price

A fixed-price quote is binding for the scope written in it. Anything beyond that is agreed as additional work at the current hourly rate before the work starts. We do not send an invoice you did not see coming.

Delivery date

The date in the quote assumes we receive text, images and feedback when agreed. If those are late, the date moves accordingly — and we tell you when it happens, not afterwards.

Payment

Forty per cent on order, the balance on delivery, net 14 days. Monthly agreements are invoiced quarterly in advance. Late payment interest per Norwegian statute.

Ownership

Once the final invoice is paid, you own the website, the content and the data. You get the source code and can move to another supplier. We do not hold your domain, code or content as security.

Ending an ongoing agreement

Care agreements can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of a month. We do not charge beyond that, and we help with the move.

Liability

We answer for our own work. Liability is limited to what you have paid for the delivery in question over the preceding twelve months, and excludes indirect loss. The limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

Norwegian law, with Møre og Romsdal District Court as the venue.
