Who is the controller

Nordic Camper & Auto AS (Bragr), post@bragr.no is the controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect, and why

When you submit a form we store your name, company, email, telephone number and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to reply to you and to follow the enquiry up as a sales opportunity. The lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: you got in touch to ask for a quote.

Alongside the form we store how you first reached the site in this session — campaign tags in the link you followed, the page you landed on, and the site you came from. It is held in the browser's session storage rather than a cookie, and is discarded when you close the tab. It is only ever sent if you actually submit the form.

Visitor statistics are collected only if you consent. If you decline, no analytics run at all.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a customer relationship are deleted after 24 months. If you become a customer, the data follows the relationship, and accounting records are kept for five years as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.

Who sees it

The data sits on servers in the EU. We do not sell it and do not share it beyond the processors needed to run the service — hosting and email delivery — each bound by a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you, ask us to restrict processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email post@bragr.no and we will answer within 30 days. If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
